PHASES OF REDEVLOPMENT

1.    Pre-Development Phase:

·       Assessment and Feasibility: Evaluate the existing conditions of the property or area and determine the feasibility of redevelopment.

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including community members, local authorities, and potential developers.

2.    Planning and Design Phase:

·       Master Planning: Develop a comprehensive master plan outlining the vision, goals, and scope of the redevelopment project.

·       Architectural Design: Work with architects to create detailed designs that align with the project's objectives.

·       Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local zoning and building regulations.

3.    Financing and Budgeting:
