2.    Display of RERA Registration Details: All advertisements and promotional materials related to the registered project must clearly display the RERA registration number obtained from the regulatory authority. This helps buyers verify the authenticity of the project and protects them from misleading or fraudulent practices.

3.    Accurate and Verified Information: Advertisements and promotions should provide accurate, complete, and verified information about the project. Any claims or representations made in the advertisements must be substantiated with proper evidence and documentation.
