DEEMED CONVEYANCE

   Deemed Conveyance is a legal provision that addresses the issue of incomplete or delayed transfer of property ownership in housing societies or cooperative housing societies. It aims to ensure that the rightful owners of individual units within such societies receive the legal title to their properties. In many cases, housing societies or cooperative housing societies are unable to complete the process of conveyance, which involves transferring the ownership of the land and building from the developer or promoter to the society and its members.
